Welcome to Hedef Lighting (hereinafter "the Company", "we" or "Hedef Lighting"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website published under the hedefaydinlatma.com domain (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

  • User: any natural or legal person who visits, views or uses the Site.

The Site is a catalogue/showcase website that presents Hedef Lighting's product range, corporate information and contact channels. Orders and price inquiries are not transacted through the Site; they are handled directly with the Company via WhatsApp or other communication channels. The display of products on the Site does not constitute an offer of sale.

All Content on the Site (including product images, category names, descriptions, logos, trademarks and design) is owned by Hedef Lighting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Without prior written consent, the Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, used as derivative work or used for commercial purposes, in whole or in part.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. The rights of Users acting as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees are reserved.
